NEW FOOD, NEW NOURISHMENT

Between juices and smoothies, probiotic parfaits and gluten-free goodies, we’re doing everything we can to bring you the most delicious (and nutritious) foods and beverages we can think of. Back in March, we rolled out some brand new salads and have since been working away at bringing you even more meal-time options to choose from! Meet the newest kids on the block, the Mediterranean Bowl, Bahn Mi Bowl, Thai Noodle Salad and the slightly new and improved Macro Bowl and Protein Kale Tabbouleh. 

And for those looking for something before your lunchtime hunger hits, meet our newest breakfast item up for grabs: our Cacao Almond Reishi and Strawberry Maca Vanilla Overnight Oats.

PROTEIN BOWLS-  New food, New nourishment

PROTEIN BOWLS

Brimming with fresh veggies, herbs, and protein, these salads come read-to-toss + eat!

Mediterranean Bowl 

Baked chickpea falafel (chickpeas, parsley, onion, cilantro, coriander, oats, cumin, cardamom, garlic, sea salt, pepper), kale, cucumber, pickled red onion, red onion, lemon juice, sea salt), grape tomatoes, red cabbage, maple tahini dressing (tahini, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple, garlic, sea salt).

Bahn Mi Bowl 

Sesame tofu (tofu, tamari, sesame oil, lemon juice, maple, ginger, sesame seeds, garlic, chili flakes), bok choy, pickled carrots (carrots, lemon juice, sea salt), edamame, cucumber, nappa cabbage, mint, cilantro, miso dressing (lemon juice, tamari, miso, sesame oil, olive oil, maple, ginger, garlic.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


SALADS-  New food, New nourishment

SALADS

Medium-sized salads boasting with flavours ranging from an arugula sunflower pesto dressing to a tamari sesame. 

Macro Bowl 

Brown rice, tofu, roasted sweet potato, kale, wakame seaweed, spiced pepitas (pepitas, cinnamon, clove, allspice, sea salt, olive oil, maple syrup), probiotic sauerkraut, arugula sunflower pesto (arugula, kale, sunflower seeds, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, olive oil, sea salt,).

Protein Kale Tabbouleh 

White navy beans, kale, mint, parsley, sunflower seeds, cucumber, green onion, olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, black pepper, sea salt.

Thai Noodle Bowl 

Mung bean noodles, mango, snow peas, red pepper, bok choy, napa cabbage, carrot, edamame, miso dressing (tamari, sesame oil, olive oil, lemon juice, miso, garlic, ginger, maple syrup, black sesame seeds).

 

 

 

 

 


OVERNIGHT OATS-  New food, New nourishmentOVERNIGHT OATS

Overnight oats met chia pudding in these not-too-sweet but totally satisfying superfood-rich breakfast bowls. 

Cacao Almond Reishi 

Almond milk, gluten-free oats, chia seed, raw cacao, roasted almond, maple syrup, shredded coconut, reishi, vanilla, cinnamon, sea salt.

Strawberry Maca Vanilla 

Coconut milk, gluten-free oats, chia seeds, strawberries, maple syrup, black currant, lemon, vanilla, cardamom, maca.
