Now that we’ve got breakfast covered with our Activated Power Bowls, we’ve shifted focus to hunger that hits midway through the day: lunch time! From cold-pressed juices, nut milks and probiotic parfaits, our fridges are already stocked with superfood, hunger-fighting nourishment – but we felt something was missing.

Enter, salads.

Three different versions ready to grab and go at all three elxr locations: Bayview Village, Yorkville Village  and 433 King Street. We developed each recipe to have it’s own unique flavour, with organic, gluten-free, vegan ingredients to make you feel full, energized and ready to tackle the rest of the day.





Southwest Chickpea  

Protein and fiber-rich chickpeas take center stage alongside satisfying black quinoa in this perfectly spiced southwest blend.

Ingredients: Chickpeas, black quinoa, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, lime, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic, cumin, chili powder, sea salt.

Protein Kale Tabbouleh

In this classic revamped, protein-rich sunflower seeds fortify this grain-free fresh new take.

Ingredients: White beans, kale, parsley, mint, sunflower seeds,lemon, cucumber, sumac, green onion, olive oil, black pepper, sea salt.

Mini Macro Bowl

Inspired by macrobiotic eating, this balancing bowl checks off all the boxes with whole grains, protein and veggies from sea-and-soil.

Ingredients: Brown rice, tofu, roasted yams, kale, probiotic sauerkraut, cabbage, wakame seaweed, red onion, olive oil, lemon, garlic, black pepper, sea salt, spiced seeds (pumpkin seeds, maple syrup, olive oil, cinnamon, cloves)

All 16oz. vegan. $8.95
